ok but that is subjective. I can imagine people could argue the point that their post is quality and you may not agree.
If someone makes 1000 posts you're paying out £/$/€15. It doesn't take some people long to get to 1000. If they know money is there you might find yourself watching the money payout going up.
These schemes usually don't work though. People post because they're interested in the site, not because there's a chance they'll get 1 cent for a post.
Also 0.015 is ambiguous. Is that 0.015 of a cent or 0.015 of a dollar (or whatever the currency is). You have to be really clear with people what the criteria are for a payout and what the payment is or you'll get in a lather with them about it.
